KIDS PROGRAMS

EXPLORERS™ I, II and III (6 months-5 years)

At this developmental stage, kids possess their greatest ability to absorb and retain a second language qualitatively similar to their native language. Phonological acquisition is time-sensitive, contrary to grammar and vocabulary learning. Hence,  and the emphasis here is on speaking using the Listen. Absorb. Speak.™ method.

TRAVEL BUGS™ I, II, III (5-12 years)

We use the Listen. Absorb. Speak.™ method. At this level, students will increase their French knowledge through more independent activities, such as reading, storytelling, art, and culture lessons. Travel Bugs are given task-oriented and multi-sensory activities that allow them to use their French in a specific context. The Travel Bugs syllabus has been specially designed to pique the interest of each student and encourage them to be active learners. Phonetic and grammar rules may occasionally be introduced, based on the questions raised by the students.

Speak.™ This program is designed to enable children to learn French the same way they learned their native language — through repetition of common words and phrases, using songs, toys, and interactive games as reinforcement.

The APS curriculum consists of three levels that are split into classes based on age and developmental stage.
