APS Travel Bugs™ Program

The APS Travel Bugs™ program runs Sept. 6, 2019 to June 28, 2020. Students meet weekly for a 60-minute group or private classes. No prior knowledge of French is required to enroll in this program.

We offer three levels:

  • APS Travel Bugs™ I (4-5 years) Tuesdays at 6:15 p.m. or Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.
  • APS Travel Bugs™ II (6-9 years) Wednesdays at 6:15 p.m. or Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.
  • APS Travel Bugs™ III (10-12 years) Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. or Thursdays at 6:15 p.m.

We use the Listen. Absorb. Speak.™ method to teach French in an immersive environment. At this level, students will increase their French knowledge through more independent activities, such as reading, storytelling, art and culture lessons. APS Travel Bugs™ are given task-oriented and multi-sensory activities that allow them to use their French in a specific context.

The APS Travel Bugs™ syllabus has been specially designed to pique the interest of students and encourage them to be active learners. Phonetic and grammar rules may occasionally be introduced, based on the questions raised by the students.

Consider joining the APS French Club™ if you don’t want to commit to a weekly class.
