The APS World Citizens™ program runs September 26, 2022 to June 26, 2023. Students can choose to enroll in a group class or book a private class. APS World Citizens™ I students meet weekly for a 60-minute group class, and World Citizens™ II and III meet weekly for a 75-minute class. Prior knowledge of French is required to enroll in this program. Aux Petits Soins™ will continue to offer French language immersion classes virtually based on demand.
During the summer, World Citizens students are encouraged to join the Summer French Club program. The 4-week session dates will be announced soon.
We use the Listen. Absorb. Speak.™ method to teach French in an immersive environment. At this level, students will learn to read, write and have basic conversation in French. By then end of the year, they will be fluent in French as long as they practice daily for at least 5 minutes.
The APS World Citizens™ syllabus has been specially designed to pique the interest of students and encourage them to be active learners. You can review the syllabus here.
We offer three levels:
- APS World Citizens™ I (6-7) Fridays at 5:30 pm
- APS World Citizens™ II (8-9 years) Tuesdays at 5:45 p.m.
- APS World Citizens™ III (10-12 years) Mondays at 5:45 p.m.
